The Definition of a Fool begins where The Book of Fools left off, except Tia is filled with more questions than answers regarding her dreams and reality.

When Tia awakens from her brutal attack, she realizes that Ryan has the upper hand. Still, to her surprise, he’s different, although the tables have turned. Ryan’s changed behavior leaves Tia with one major question: to settle or not to settle?

Initially, this question is difficult for Tia to answer. That is until an unlikely source offers her an opportunity that puts her dreams back into focus. The only catch—the opportunity airs her family’s dirty laundry. Tia soon realizes that the dysfunction of her parents’ relationship goes much deeper than she initially thought. But what could be worse than her sister’s betrayal?

Tia’s pursuit to turn her tragedy into triumph is complicated, but unique situations teach Tia the definition of a fool. She quickly learns everything a fool is, a wise man is not. This is an easy lesson to grasp, right?

After all, Tia isn’t a fool…or is she?
